Joka ("the Service") is a project management application for software teams, operated by Mandatory Fun. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You authenticate via a third-party OAuth provider (Google or GitHub). We do not store passwords. You must keep your OAuth account secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You own your data. We do not claim intellectual property rights over the content you create in the Service. We store and process your data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Mandatory Fun. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or intellectual property beyond using the Service as intended.
We use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Data is backed up frequently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
